Leader and Team Member Assessments
You are a leader interested in honing your skills – but where do you focus your efforts?  CAVU utilizes the Hogan battery of personality assessments coupled with the C3-360° assessment to help you assess strengths and development areas, uncover potential managerial “derailers” that directly affect your ability to work through others, and understand your fit within the culture that you work in, as well as the culture that you create with your team. All of our assessments are administered online, collated into a feedback report, and then debriefed in a one-on-one session with a qualified coach to help you develop a personal roadmap for success. Team Assessment Survey (TAS)

Is your team high-performing in all areas of team functioning—or do you have “issues” that you would like to see improve?  CAVU’s 37-question Team Assessment Survey focuses on six critical areas of team functioning defined by the Rocket Team Performance Model. The assessment requires each team member to complete a 10-15 minute online survey. The Team Assessment Survey will identify the challenges that your team needs to address to become more effective and achieve improved results.  The results of the Team Assessment Survey are collated into a Feedback Report which is interpreted and shared with the team leader in a debrief session with a qualified coach.
