Neil Parker | Wayde Kivette | Gary Shirley | Todd Cargill
Neil Parker is the founder of CAVU. He has many years of experience as a business coach and facilitator. Neil has coached executives at Pfizer, Ditech.com, Red Robin, and Merrill Lynch. He has developed and delivered corporate training for Assurant Solutions and Aerosim Technologies. He has worked extensively with Delta Air Lines in employment selection. He developed and served as the initial director of the Corporate Wingman Program for Afterburner Seminars.
As a former U.S. Marine Corps aviator, Neil logged more than 2500 hours in various fighter aircraft. He has an extensive background in aviation training, teaching advanced jet and air combat tactics in the military, as well as instructing, evaluating, and developing training curriculum for major airlines. In addition to CAVU, Neil is engaged in international operations for a major airline.
Neil lives in Peachtree City, Georgia with his wife Donna and their three children.
Wayde Kivette is co-founder of CAVU. He is a veteran business executive coach and facilitator, having worked with clients from major companies such as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He has delivered corporate training for Assurant Solutions and the Scott McCrae Group and created training curriculum for Aerosim Technologies. Wayde has also instructed, evaluated and developed training curriculum for major airlines.
A former U.S. Naval aviator, Wayde has flown over 2600 hours in fighter aircraft. A graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), he has an extensive background in aviation training, teaching air combat tactics. He is a former Naval Reserve Commanding Officer. In addition to his work with CAVU, Wayde is engaged in international flight operations with a major airline.
Wayde lives in Acworth, Georgia with his wife Karen and their two children.

Gary Shirley is a veteran instructor and facilitator. He possesses over twenty years of experience in operations, training and management for two U.S. airlines. Gary also has an extensive background conducting operational reviews and assessments of air carriers in Europe, Africa and Asia. For many years he served as Assistant Program Manager of a Boeing 727 aircraft fleet. This position included responsibility for instructors, training syllabi and flight procedures.
Gary is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. In addition to his work with clients of CAVU, he is also engaged in international flight operations. He resides in Powder Springs, Georgia with his wife, Karen and their three children.

Todd Cargill is a former U.S. Air Force pilot and a graduate of Georgia Tech University. He brings over twenty years of experience as an instructor, recruiter, operational manager and business owner to his CAVU clients. Todd shares his teaching and facilitation skills with numerous charitable and philanthropic causes such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Special Olympics and various youth ministries.
In addition to his work with clients of CAVU, Todd is engaged in international flight operations with a major U.S. airline. He resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife, Ellen and their daughter. Their son attends the University of South Carolina.
